  2. Select “Start a Return” under your order
  3. Follow instructions to print a returns label
  4. Package securely and post at any Royal Mail branch

3. Return Costs

  • UK returns: FREE (prepaid label provided)
  • International returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • Original delivery fees non-refundable

4. Refund Processing
