1. Returns Eligibility

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

- Select “Start a Return” under your order
- Follow instructions to print a returns label
- Package securely and post at any Royal Mail branch
3. Return Costs
- UK returns: FREE (prepaid label provided)
- International returns: Customer pays return shipping
- Original delivery fees non-refundable
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds issued within 5 working days of receiving return
- Amount credited to original payment method
- Allow 3-5 days for bank processing
